Direct-to-Chip (D2C)

Cold-plate cooling for GPUs and CPUs. Tight inlet temperature control and differential pressure monitoring are critical.

Rear-Door Heat Exchanger (RDHx)

Water-cooled doors on standard air-cooled racks. The simplest liquid retrofit, but still needs per-door metering for billing and diagnostics.

Coolant Distribution Unit (CDU)

The heart of any liquid-cooled hall. Primary (facility) and secondary (IT) loops need full instrumentation including chemistry.
